    Rem Retail is a commercial property repair and maintenance company operating in the B2B segment. The business had a steady stream of customers thanks to word of mouth, but was not represented in the online space. In the process of scaling up, the client approached us with a request to create a brand book that would serve as the basis for further digital presence.

    The challenge

    We faced several important tasks:

    • to transfer the experience and reputation of the offline business into visual identity,
    • to create a professional image for the B2B audience,
    • to reflect a wide range of services,
    • to create a style that is ready for online scaling.

    The identity had to be restrained, functional, and convincing.

    Our solution

    We began by creating a mood board to clearly define the style that resonated with the client. Based on this:

    • we developed three complete identity concepts,
    • proposed different visual approaches to brand positioning,
    • conducted a joint analysis and selected the final direction.

    The most difficult stage was choosing one concept — the client liked all three solutions, which confirmed the accuracy of the direction we had found.

    Result

    In the end, the client received:

    • a comprehensive brand book for the B2B segment,
    • a clearly structured visual system,
    • a style that emphasises the company's expertise and reliability,
    • a foundation for further online brand development.

    The project was fully approved by the client.

    Impact on business

    The brand book became the starting point for Rem Retail's digital transformation. After the project was completed, the client continued to work with our agency and turned to Quizai to create a website, which allowed the company to go online and strengthen its presence in the commercial renovation market.
